Details

The JOYA exhibition design is a unique spatial arrangement specifically created by Christ & Gantenbein for the JOYA jewellery fair held for the first time in Montecarlo in 2024. In collaboration with the Milanese furniture designer NM3, Christ & Gantenbein created a light demountable structure which accommodates the exhibitions booths. The spatial concept is based on interlocking circular elements, creating a fluid progression between open and more intimate zones. Made of aluminium and galvanized steel, the system was engineered for complete disassembly and reuse, embodying contemporary principles of sustainable, efficient exhibition design.

The Jury‘s Statement

Circular elements merge into a fluid spatial composition, creating a harmonious stage for jewellery. The demountable structure stands out for its sustainable choice of materials and high reusability. This distinction recognizes a project that sets benchmarks in design, functionality, and concept.
