A company-wide user interface was developed for the Reifenhäuser Group, in which the three business areas of blown film, flat film and nonwovens are combined for the first time in a consistent design language. The aim was to harmonise the company's historically developed, diverse requirements. The user-centred process included context analyses and usability tests. The result is a modular, scalable UI that combines technical complexity with user-friendliness. A graphical band metaphor provides visual guidance, while assistance systems, illustrations and clear hierarchies facilitate the secure management of sensitive production processes.

The graphic band metaphor forms a powerful, identity-defining element that harmoniously unites the complex system landscape in »EVO OS 3.0« for the first time. The modular, consistent design language creates clarity and facilitates the management of demanding processes. What is especially impressive is the consistently user-centered approach: assistance systems, well-considered hierarchies, and concise illustrations ensure an impressive, safe, and sustainable user experience at the highest level.
