A former industrial site has been reimagined as a New Work office. Within the industrial park, a striking hall preserves its historic fabric while introducing contemporary workspaces. The existing structure is reinterpreted with agile zones for focus, retreat, and collaboration. A suspended volume with cubistic forms appears light and elegantly floating. Subtle lighting highlights transitions, while greenery softens the industrial character. A trinity of history, architecture, and innovation—an office world balancing heritage and future.
