Oldenburgische Landesbank AG demonstrates how physical banking locations can still surprise and engage customers — even as an established financial institution. Following a strategic realignment, the bank has introduced a future-ready branch format that combines modern banking with customer focus, design quality, and digital integration. The new spatial concept was developed based on customer feedback. The focus lies on personal consultation, efficient services, and a welcoming atmosphere.
