Reliability, proximity, and sustainability shape the cooperative model of Volksbank: “What one alone cannot achieve, many can.” The renovation and interior design of Volksbank Fellbach is envisioned as a modern “village” – with a central public marketplace area, discreet consultation zones, and modern workspaces equipped with the latest technology. Natural materials, warm tones, and a thoughtful design concept create a sense of identity and atmosphere. Despite a short construction period, the focus was on sustainability and the reuse of existing building structures.
