Episode Shinchon Campus is Episode's first Share Housing solution for "better urban living", addressing rising university district rents and housing gaps from limited dormitory capacity. The 18-storey building with 393 units provides design-based solutions to urban challenges through 12 specialised communal spaces including ep LOUNGE. Three residential typologies create affordable, quality housing near four universities, functioning as a "campus beyond the classroom" that redefines student living standards.
