La Samantina

La Samantina reinterprets traditional Mallorcan architecture through a contemporary, minimalist lens. Set in a quiet valley in northern Mallorca, the project preserves the memory of the original finca while opening the home to landscape, natural light and uninterrupted views. Natural stone, handcrafted organic mortar and oxidised brass create an honest, timeless material palette designed to age with character. At its heart, a sculptural staircase connects the different levels. Rather than imposing on its surroundings, La Samantina becomes part of them—an architecture shaped by light, material and place.
