Wohnen am Gleis Park Berlin

On former railway land at Berlin's Gleisdreieck, Bauwens built a quarter of four buildings. BelForm delivered concept, design and turnkey fit-out for 76 furnished apartments, 66 of them micro-units of 20 to 34 m², completed in 2022. Deep petrol walls, black joiner-made kitchen blocks and oak parquet give the small apartments a grown-up calm. All furniture fronts are made from 70 % recycled chipboard. Built so that the sideboard still stands straight in twenty years.
