Details
The project involved demolishing an old villa and building a new one with a basement entertainment area, ground floor with outdoor heated pool, and a first floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Interiors feature real wood, marble, and French panelling. All elements, including the handcrafted staircase and custom crystal chandeliers over a mirrored ceiling, were made by Maltese artisans. Walls are clad in handmade wood; soft cushioning dampens stairway sound. A full bath was carved from travertine, with a custom mirror. The design blends midnight blue, grey, crystals, marble, and mirrors.
