A company in the rural area of Nördlingen would like to find and retain skilled labour at precisely this location and inspire its employees with its new working environment. The current building shell was extensively renovated. With the involvement of empl. via team ambassadors, the future working environment was developed according to the principles of New Work and brought to life through the interior design. Natural materials, daylight and green plants make reference to the rural surroundings. Modern work opportunities and places of retreat create a forward-looking working environment. Tradition and modernity united in Nördlingen.

The new working environment at “Eisen Fischer”, designed consistently according to the principles of New Work, offers a pleasant and contemporary working atmosphere. The way in which the design concept picks up on the rural character of its surroundings and stylishly integrates it into the modern and high-quality ambience is appealing and encourages employees to identify with the company, which is firmly rooted in the region.
