Hearing aid consultations are complex, and technical differences are hard to grasp. A younger target group expects fast, transparent, and hands-on solutions. The alx enables real-time hearing aid comparisons, involves clients and relatives, and offers presentation zones. The full store concept supports efficient, welcoming consultations—improving care and reducing dropouts and long-term costs.
