Inspired by the iconic traditional costumes of the Caretos de Podence, UNESCO-recognised protagonists of the Entrudo Chocalheiro, this project translates ancestral heritage into contemporary packaging. Wool fringes, quilt-like textures, and the vivid colours yellow, green, and red connect to Portuguese identity. Leather straps embrace the bottle, engraved with Casa Aragão’s signature, while recycled cork and metal closures reflect sustainability. A cork-handled box extends the narrative, merging tradition and design into an immersive, sensorial experience that honours cultural roots.
