Neuer Kanzlerplatz, Bonn

The signage system designed by Form & Fokus for the “Neuer Kanzlerplatz Bonn” building ensemble translates the distinctive architecture into an identity-shaping design concept. Custom-developed steles, lettering, and pictograms reference the polygonal structures and trapezoidal façade elements, merging architecture and wayfinding into a coherent whole. Two- and three-dimensional elements with sculptural presence provide orientation and guide visitors elegantly through outdoor areas, foyers, conference zones, and the underground parking. Contrasting, sculptural typography unfolds a striking effect across various materials.
