Details
KVA Kebag Enova, located between Solothurn and the Aare floodplain at the foot of the Jura Mountains, reimagines waste-to-energy infrastructure as an architectural and environmental landmark. A concrete base houses waste processing functions. The machine volume above contains the systems responsible for the plant’s energy generation. The facility incorporates locally sourced stone, recycled concrete, and integrated photovoltaic panels, combining durability, sustainability, and regional identity.
