Hotel BDC

The sea encroaches onto the beach, creating natural sea deposits. We use this by flooding the project area, transforming it into a natural pool, also serving as transport between suites and the clubhouse. Each suite is positioned for privacy and designed as dunes to blend with the surroundings. The concrete roofs and walls, filled with sand, maintain a comfortable interior climate. The beachfront clubhouse, an open space with a restaurant and amenities, offers stunning ocean views and attracts economic value from visitors.
