The design of this coworking complex demonstrates that a variety of common areas and a work environment built for its users’ health is the future of business spaces. The program keeps users active, allowing them to work comfortably, train and socialize. The transdisciplinary approach of this project led to a unique rooftop sports deck that transforms into a skating rink in winter. The smooth, uncluttered envelope allows a maximum of natural light inside to protect the users’ circadian rhythm.
