Beyond Green: The Plus-Energy Villa at the Edge of Conservation

<p>This villa is an innovative plus-energy house featuring timber-frame construction and designed according to Passive House Institute standards. Located near the city and adjacent to a nature conservation area, it has a heating energy demand of 15 kWh/(m²a) and a primary energy demand of 29 kWh/(m²a). Geothermal probes and a 22 kW PV system with emergency power supply enhance the energy concept. The villa’s key features can be described as "Beyond Green": plus-energy technology, circular design, ecological sustainability, smart home technology, e-mobility support, and a healthy indoor climate, ensured by two fresh air systems.</p>
