CITYPOP Legerova

The former burn hospital in Legerova Street, Prague 2, closed in 2005, has been unused and deteriorating since. In 2017, a reconstruction for residential use was proposed. Swiss company ARTISA Group bought the buildings in 2018, and in 2021, construction began on City Pop, a rental housing concept. The project preserves the historical features of the buildings, adds two new wings and a garden. All units are air-conditioned and meet ecological standards. Completion is set for this year, with opening in 2025, including a café and underground garage.
