Shanghai Huafa Jing’an Mansion

Shanghai Huafa Jing’an Mansion is located at Zhongxing Community of Jing’an District, which occupies the approximate site area of 25,000sqm. In terms of human and cultural heritage, Huafa Jing’an Mansion does not only retain an old lane building of Yongzhitang, but also integrates Shanghai's characteristic-Shikumen style into the architectural concept, which fully expresses the cultural context. The façade design adopts modern techniques, but expresses the classical Shanghai-style architectural language that echoes the historic features of existing Shanghai Movie Studio.
