The conceptual planning and urban design of the Sino-German Future City

The Qingdao Sino-German Future City project, spanning 6 square kilometres, explores a new paradigm of "Intelligent Production + Intelligent Living + Intelligent Ecology" for future cities. It blends design philosophies from China and Germany. Driven by human needs and technological innovation, the project creates a highly customized, multifunctional, and shared urban space. Additionally, it leverages AI to optimize layouts, develops a CIM platform for intelligent construction and management, and integrates renewable energy, green transportation, and smart governance systems—exemplifying the future urban practice of the Qingdao model.
