Details
Emerging from the mixed woodland, one steps onto a plateau enveloped in the silence carved by the valley. There appears a building without a facade, its bamboo roof alone blending into the landscape. To avoid compromising reverence for nature, the circular structure is nestled at the plateau's edge, opening up a radial view. From the northern entrance, sunlight illuminates the greenery and valley below. Meticulously noise-free details spatialize the architecture, allowing nature to be experienced as scenery. Externally, its form, assimilated with nature, creates a new landscape, aiming for architecture that maximizes this site's appeal.

Die subtile Eingliederung der Architektur in die umgebende Natur verleiht »HOUSE IN TOYOOKA« eine beeindruckende Präsenz. Die kreisförmige Anordnung schafft kraftvolle Blickachsen und macht den landschaftlichen Kontext erlebbar. Durch minimalistische Details und einen harmonisch ausgearbeiteten Materialeinsatz entsteht ein atmosphärisch dichter Wohnraum, der die Verbindung von Mensch und Umgebung eindrucksvoll inszeniert. Eine charakterstarke, wegweisende Lösung.
