Gensler sought to transform the Celonis Munich HQ into a space that reflected its tech identity and core value of transparency. Inspired by data mining, the design reveals raw beauty by removing excess and using sustainable materials. 90 % of walls, 85 % of light fixtures, 90 % of HVAC, and 75 % of ceilings were retained. Exposed concrete, cork, and rubber enhance sustainability and comfort. A new Executive Briefing Center blends tech and hospitality. The design balances global identity, local character, and LEED Gold Standard in a cohesive, adaptive workspace.

Die konsequente Erhaltung der Gebäudestruktur verleiht dem Projekt »Celonis Munich« eine zeitlose Klarheit und zeugt von verantwortungsvoller Gestaltung. Raue Materialien wie Sichtbeton und Kork schaffen einen faszinierenden Kontrast aus Authentizität und Komfort. Besonders überzeugend ist die stilsichere Verbindung von Technologie und Gastfreundschaft, die eine identitätsstiftende Arbeitswelt formt.
