The China–Saudi Arabia Cooperation Industrial Park embodies the growing economic and technological partnership between China and Saudi Arabia. Covering an area of around 65,000 square metres, a modern industrial and innovation campus is being created with 33 workshop buildings and two service buildings offering flexible spaces for light manufacturing, research, offices and exhibitions. A central green axis connects the cooperation and innovation zone and forms the backbone of the site. At its heart is Sunken Square, a spacious, terraced plaza that creates space for encounters, events and cultural exchange.

The distinctive façade design with clear horizontal bands and subtle detailing lends »China-Saudi Cooperation Industrial Park« a strong, characterful presence. The linear arrangement of the workshop buildings is as coherent as the central green axis, which connects interaction and safety. With its consistent spatial organization and high standards of quality of stay, the project stands out as an exemplary ensemble for publicly used architecture.
