Details
FEZH, nestled in Hannam-dong’s alleys, is the “smallest city” where urban life, people, and nature connect. Beyond architecture, it’s a platform for healing, relationships, and exploring the city’s essence. The central Void Plaza links underground and ground levels, while paths, cafes, galleries, a music bar, weekend markets, and the Casa del Agua retreat offer discovery and comfort. Using brick and wood, FEZH reflects warmth and fosters culture, inspiration, and growth.
The Jury‘s Statement
A distinctive central void plaza connects underground and ground-level spaces, making »FEZH« a powerful platform for encounter and retreat. The harmonious interplay of brick and wood creates a warm, identity-defining atmosphere. Subtle transitions between public and private zones highlight the project's outstanding relevance and confident execution at the highest level.
