The Badhaus revitalizes the historic Gries district, transforming a once-enclosed property into an open, interwoven fabric that reconnects architecture, city, community. Developed vertically to create space within, the Badhaus opens the courtyard as an urban stage — a place of encounter where private living and public life intertwine. Through the reinterpretation of local building traditions, it becomes a place of permeability and belonging, where architecture once again serves as a social and cultural link within the city.

The subtly structured buildings and green roofs combine versatile uses with a striking presence.
