Details
Hospital planning is subject to numerous laws and standards, particularly hygiene regulations. They are, therefore, highly functional and specialized workplaces whose sole purpose is to provide staff with optimal support to ensure the best possible patient care. In the design of this hospital, within this functional framework, great importance was placed on the atmosphere of the rooms to convey a familiar and positive feeling to patients in this high-tech environment. The patient is the centre of attention.

A subtle, atmospheric spatial design that palpably centers the well-being of patients defines »Krankenhaus Braunau«. Clear functional routes, harmonious materials, and sustainable energy concepts interact convincingly.
