CSMM transformed the outdated building into a sustainable architectural structure. A well-planned general renovation combining gutting, adding additional storeys, a new façade, innovative room planning and efficient redensification created significant added value for users. The result is enlarged, restructured office space, additional open areas on the top floors and a structurally sophisticated and energy-optimised building envelope. The transformed building significantly enhances the location on Leopoldstraße and strengthens the urban environment.
