The cooperative housing project in Pasing adds two new structures with 50 apartments, an underground garage, and a physiotherapy unit to an older building stock. The urban infill project was developed as an affordable, sustainable, and senior-friendly hybrid timber ensemble with high design standards. A larch wood façade, communal deck access, diverse outdoor areas, EH-40 energy standard, solar panels, and a biodiversity roof unite ecological responsibility, social value and economic efficiency.
