Details
“From grey to green” was the motto behind the conversion of the existing HQ. With a focus on R&D had come adapted needs. The aim was to create an efficient, atmospheric, and pleasant working environment while providing a stage for the company’s product, including space for seminars and events. The existing grey concrete shell remained untouched. The interior uses a new green-pigmented lightweight concrete, developed by the company, and used with a variety of surface structures.
The Jury‘s Statement
With the design for the office building, the architects impressively demonstrate the design possibilities of lightweight concrete and the spatial effect that can be achieved with the material, whereby the green coloring of the material creates a special atmosphere.
