The single-storey detached house impresses with its minimalist design. The black wooden façade also extends over the roof and gives the house a timeless elegance. With geothermal energy, building automation, photovoltaics and central ventilation, it focuses on sustainable energy efficiency. Clear lines and pure materials create a calm atmosphere. A place of minimalist comfort and modern technology.
The Jury‘s Statement
The clear architecture with only minimal roof overhang underlines the purist aspirations of the design, which opens sympathetically to the garden on a broad front. A fine example of sustainable construction that blends harmoniously into its surroundings.
