The striking high-rise HELIO Tower is part of the attractive three-tower residential project “THE MARKS” at the Erdberger Mais in Vienna’s third district. Next to its neighboring towers, the HELIO Tower stands out as a particularly slender and calm body with an interwoven structure of glass and light, sandblasted exposed concrete. A second, exterior, openable glass façade creates wind-protected balconies and loggias and ensures that residents have outdoor spaces that can be used all year round.
