The bar offerings – from plauderbar to pflückbar and reparierbar – are easily accessible and visually distinctive. 31M developed the modular design and branding concept, combining intuitive word marks, colour schemes, and signage to create a seamless, recognizable experience. This approach makes sustainable urban development tangible while reinforcing Vonovia’s brand identity.
