Hainan Huanghuali and Agarwood Museum

Located in the political hub of Haikou City, this project is a provincial cultural icon spotlighting Hainan's unique heritage. This specialized museum, encompassing 14,954 sqm, showcases the most extensive and valuable collection of Huanghuali and Agarwood in China. Inspired by annual rings, it ingeniously captures the growth of these precious materials, and the spiral spatial arrangement echoes the journey of ancient trees, forming a highly recognizable and sculptural architectural form.
