Huafa Phoenix Mansion in Zhuhai's Xiangzhou district enjoys a premium location near Xiangshan Lake, Phoenix Mountain Park, and Meixi Reservoir. Its design uses landscape-inspired visual analysis to plan unit layouts. The "Super Living Base" features elevated structures integrating commercial and parking facilities. The "Forest Island Living" theme creates a central ecological oasis with tiered gardens. The clubhouse modernizes Lingnan style, featuring a jade-like facade and interior "metal wings" reflecting the Phoenix Valley theme. Diamond-inspired details and metal accents enhance refinement and prestige.
