Villa Miami Residences is a boutique luxury tower designed to redefine Miami’s skyline. Inspired by Italian villas along Lake Como, the building rises as a sculpted gem framed by a copper-glazed exoskeleton that minimizes interior columns and opens sweeping bay views. The compact site led to separating parking from the tower, maximizing its footprint and presence. Sustainable strategies—solar technologies, energy-efficient systems, and reflective finishes—reduce its environmental impact. The result is a timeless landmark that balances exclusivity, elegance, and environmental responsibility.
