Together with Schmidt & Pütz architects, we transformed 900 sqm of the under-construction B-level into a modular, visually striking experience for EURO 2024. Our focus was on true authenticity: local street photographers contributing their unique perspectives, hand-drawn illustrations of people and iconographic places created specifically for this site, bold colour blocking, and punchy dialect phrases combine into an emotional city panorama. The design brings Frankfurt back to where its pulse beats strongest – raw, vibrant, approachable. And as an open system, it remains adaptable to new perspectives within the city’s ongoing transformation.

Powerful authenticity shapes the spatial concept, turning »Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof Public Space design« into a space full of character. Local street photographers, striking illustrations and pointed dialect slogans merge to form a multi-layered city panorama. The consistently modular design impresses with its adaptability and creates an emotionally charged, identity-forming place that surpasses the demands of temporary exhibition architecture in a remarkable way.
