The shortage of skilled workers is a major problem in German pharmacies. With the youth campaign “How to sell drugs offline (fast)”, the ABDA is drawing the attention of young people who are undecided about their careers to the possibilities of working in a pharmacy. The campaign provides information on the professions of pharmacist, PTA and PKA. It does so in an entertaining, humorous way, rather than overloading the young target group with pharmaceutical content. Thereby, the campaign sets new standards addressing young people. Among other things, it includes two series, a website, social media channels and various communication materials.

The youth campaign captivates with its creative approach to engaging young people in pharmacy careers. By combining series, a website, and social media channels, it effectively reaches youthful audiences without overwhelming them with technical knowledge. This sets new standards for youth engagement in the pharmacy field.
