Cerveza Cru Cru invited us to design the label for GOSE, a beer made with grasshopper—chapulín, a prized insect in Mexican cuisine. Inspired by its salty origin in the Gose River, we added chapulines for a bold, distinctive flavour. The label design abstracts the grasshopper into a vibrant, eccentric image: the word GOSE appears more as texture than text. Bright colours evoke the acidic, unusual personality of the beer. A design as daring as the recipe itself.

A characterful label transforms the chapulín into an expressive visual language, capturing the identity of »GOSE« with precision. The vibrant color scheme lends the packaging a distinctive, emotional presence. The harmonious combination of bold concept, confident design and clear execution proves especially impressive, giving the project an exceptional radiance.
