Relax & Spa hotel Magnolia

The project for the construction of two interconnected hotels near the Nové Mlýny water reservoirs will begin in early 2025. The first phase of the Magnolia complex includes two buildings in an open "V" shape, connected by a bridge. The project uses natural materials, green roofs, photovoltaics, and heat pumps. The buildings are designed as passive houses with minimal impact on the protected natural environment. The complex will offer 150 rooms, spa services, pools, tennis courts, and a golf course. The project will receive BREEAM Excellent certification and will not have a basement due to archaeological findings.
