The Tichahaus was first launched by Katrin Polentz in Kals am Großglockner in 2023 after several years of development. Tichas are built according to ancient principles of timber construction. Wood is one of the oldest building materials known to mankind. The natural material wood is also always present inside the Tichas. It ensures a pleasant indoor climate and gives a good feeling of security. Everything is glued together. Mission: minimalist living. Shingle roof durable for 50-60 years.
