Swancor Innovation Campus

The project centres on integrating natural environments and sustainable green architecture. The park is designed around the concept of a “Knowledge Canyon,” which promotes communication and sharing, gathers knowledge, and fosters innovative thinking. The buildings maintain a natural harmony with their surroundings, with a layered appearance facing the river view, and lower, more modest volumes addressing the community and rural landscape. The staggered arrangement of terraces, combined with multi-level greenery, surrounds the office spaces with lush vegetation. A high-ceilinged indoor atrium integrates various spaces, including exhibition spaces.
