The Tower at Flugfeld Medical Campus is a 13-storey multifunctional high-rise combining administration, educational spaces, daycare and micro-apartments in a robust and flexible structure. Its load-bearing clinker façade with horizontal concrete bands creates a clear, lasting architectural expression. A compact layout with a central core allows for versatile use and high energy efficiency. As the architectural gateway to a new healthcare campus, the tower establishes a strong urban presence and defines a sustainable model for future-oriented public architecture.
