With her consulting company, she wants to create a high-performance working world where everyone has the same rights regardless of gender, age, ethnic & cultural background, sexual orientation. Within the collaboration, the design for a self-confident brand was created, which radiates innovation, courage and humanity. DEI serves as a leitmotif for the design.
The Jury‘s Statement
The combination of a gentle design language and a striking colour scheme has a pleasantly light and friendly effect. The fact that the coloured graphic elements are not rigid, but allow for flexible handling, underlines the lightness. A beautiful design that playfully conveys the brand's core values and thus appears even more human.
