Using the tools of branding, the school found a strong shared identity: Starting with a website relaunch, workshops with students, teachers, and parents created a brand story that emphasizes diversity, individual support, and community. Clear messages and a distinctive visual presence make this identity visible across all touchpoints. Participation as a principle: Students and thrv trainees actively shaped the project, so the school developed its own, highly target‑group‑oriented character and became tangible as a brand.
