Honki Factory redesigned its visual identity to realize its vision of establishing entrepreneurship training centres and to gain trust from major corporations. The logo reflects a mission to help both individuals and companies learn how to build new businesses and take on challenges. Inspired by a framework for business and a factory for production, I designed a flexible “H”-shaped symbol and a variable logotype. The system ensures consistency across cards, posters, websites, and proposals, supporting clarity and scalability. Within a year, the 10-person firm secured 30+ major clients and won Silver awards from Graphis and A’ Design Award.
