Buying a home is exciting. Managing the process isn’t. Access Ayala Land is a digital platform that centralises documents, schedules, and updates in one place. But because 84% of digital products fail, we had to make it feel more meaningful than that to encourage adoption. Our idea: One Tap Solution to Home Ownership. We mapped the communications to the customer adoption journey (Inspire, Connect, Convince) through films, banners, social ads, emails, and agent enablement tools. The result: 37% adoption in six months, fewer inquiries, requests and complaints, and happier customers.
