Doerner – Sales distribution for advanced electrical engineering and building technology - we have stood for strong partnerships for 75 years and represent well-known manufacturers in Bavaria, Saxony and Thuringia. In order to remain fit for the future, Doerner carried out a comprehensive employer brand development in 2024. A key objective was to position Doerner as a strong and attractive employer in the region. The new brand identity is called “Ready for it?” and focuses on team spirit and joint development - with the aim of strengthening existing employees as well as attracting new talents to Doerner.

An authentic brand presence, shaped by the consistent involvement of employees, gives »doerner – bereit dafür?« its distinctive strength. The charismatic visual language, cohesive value communication, and concise messaging across social media create a sense of identity both internally and externally. Particularly noteworthy is the strategic link between team spirit and employer appeal, which exemplifies the high standard of excellence required in outstanding communications design.
