The problem: the boomer generation is retiring. Many tax consultancies are left without a successor. At the same time, there is the younger generation: they would like to be in the boss's chair, but don't have enough equity. ETL, Germany's leading tax consultancy group, is therefore becoming a matchmaker. This is ensured by the “Do it” campaign, which uses testimonials to show how the old and new management generations come together. Do it like ... ETL. And show what real doers can achieve!
