The “Duisburg is echt” campaign shines a new light on the city. At its heart are people and their stories. Through authentic voices, we reveal surprising and little-known facts about a city in transition, showcasing its strength and unique character. Our testimonials aren’t CEOs or board members, but intentionally people from the second row: project managers, apprentices, or even visitors who experience the city first-hand. The campaign extends beyond the initial message with a QR code that leads to a dedicated landing page, where visitors can dive deeper into the full story through an immersive mix of text, images, and video.
