Customer Journey – Viessmann auf der ISH 2017
To benefit from digitalisation, you first need to understand the opportunities it presents. As a logical consequence, at ISH the customer journey – and hence the entire customer relationship process – of Viessmann took the form of a walk-round info graphic. At five media-powered arrow stations, visitors were able to run through everyday work processes and discover how digital tools can support them. In addition, experts presented the opportunities of digitalisation in a live AR presentation.
